Unlike traditional milling, Eastern Morning utilizes a multi-stage ethanol purification technology in our Anzhou plant to ensure our konjac flour reaches 90–95% glucomannan purity with zero odor — the gold standard for global export.
This high purity level is essential for achieving superior transparency and premium texture in the final product.
